Magic Skagit

Spent the day up on the Cascade and Skagit Rivers. Shared a beautiful day with eagles, mergansers, kingfishers, herons, and plenty of fish. Got a thrill seeing a 5 foot long Chinook Salmon. It was already frozen solid in the hatchery freezer – it would have been something to see it alive.

    I love the pictures. You know in a former life I might have been recreation man having earned a Parks and Rec degree from Indiana after that crazy math degree.
